How to Apply via Your Local Enterprise Office

The application process is simple but requires key documents and preparation. Here’s how to apply for the Grow Digital Voucher through your Local Enterprise Office:

  1. Complete a Digital for Business Report

Your report must be dated within the last two years. It should outline your business needs, highlight any digital gaps, and recommend suitable digital tools or systems.

  1. Gather the Required Documentation

Prepare recent financial statements or management accounts. You’ll also need your Tax Reference Number and Tax Clearance Access Number. Confirm your clearance status using Revenue’s online portal.

  1. Access the Grow Digital Portal

Submit your application online via the Local Enterprise Office’s Grow Digital Portal. List the new software systems, subscription costs, training, and configuration services you plan to adopt.

  1. Review and Assessment

Your local office will review the application against the Grow Digital grant criteria. You may be asked to clarify how the project aligns with your business goals or digital progression plan.

  1. Pay First, Then Claim

The voucher operates as a reimbursement scheme. You must pay the full cost upfront. Once the project is complete, you can claim 50% back, ranging from €500 to a maximum of €5,000.
